The recorded message is telling us to buy into this system and use their software so you can make money with it by getting others to use it. They claim you will make lot of money by calling thousands of business phone numbers a day yourself. Each time I get one of these calls, I hit the 9 key on my phone that they say unsubscribes me from future calls. Of course that doesnt seem to matter as I get more later the same day, every day. Though Im no lawyer, it would seem the blatant disregard of user removal requests well thats just a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Since that time, I have received many more calls with the following characteristics.
